Hello First Grade Families,

We had such a great time on our field trip last week learning about animals and their senses! I will will try sending photos of your student via Remind as the week goes on. This week is the book fair and we are looking for parent volunteers. If you are interested please sign up here. Wednesday evening is also Cuddle Up With A Book at 6:00. Come with your student and feel free to wear your PJs for some reading and hot cocoa fun! Thursday is dinner night out at Woodstock's Pizza. Mention Hawthorne Elementary and get 15-20% of your order. This helps benefit our PTA.

Don't forget about the craft fair next week, Wednesday, December 13th. If your student is interested in participating please visit the front office for an entry form.
